Siavonga DC defends First Lady

Siavonga District Commissioner Lovemore Kanyama has advised stakeholders condemning the gesture by First Lady in helping the vulnerable people in the country.

Mr. Kanyama says he finds it strange for certain stakeholders to condemn the charity works by the First Lady when the past First Ladies were doing the same works.

He says there is nothing wrong in the First Lady to see how people are living and possibly help them.

Mr. Kanyama says there is need for all well meaning Zambians to support the First Lady with her good works rather than condemning everything she is doing.

And Mr. Kanyama has advised his fellow District Commissioners in Southern Province not to relent but remain focused in finishing the developmental programs in the province.
