UPND Mbabala Member of Parliament Ephraim Belemu has appealed to the Ministry of Agriculture to see to it that distribution of farming input to farmers in his constituency is expedited.
Mr. Belemu says its government’s mandate to ensure timely distribution of farming inputs to all farmers unlike what is happening in his constituency.
He says it appears only those who support the ruling party are benefiting from the early distribution of farming inputs.
Mr. Belemu state that the PF government risks being haunted by what it is doing to farmers in the 2016 elections.
