MMD confident of winning 2016 polls

The MMD says it is the only political party that can bring about the change Zambians are yearning for.

Party Spokesperson Raphael Nakachinda says the people of Zambia are fed up with bad governance, poor economic management and lack of direction in the last four years.

He says there is therefore need for the former ruling party to reconcile within its ranks and reposition itself to regain the power it lost in 2011.

Mr. Nakachinda says until the MMD stops the infighting and wrangling within its ranks it will be difficult for the party to regain power.

He notes the need for all MMD members to work together for the party to stand the chance of winning the 2016 elections.
