Chief Mukobela of the Ila speaking people in Namwala district says farmers in his chiefdom ate worried over the delayed rains
Chief Mukobela says farmers do not know whether to go ahead with their farming preparations or not.
He adds that some farmers are already giving up and are looking for other alternatives to farming.
The traditional leader however, remains optimistic that there will be enough rains to allow farmers plant and harvest enough for survival.
