Intellectual Forum Institute of Zambia (IFIZ) Executive Director Dr. Alex Ng’oma says it will be disappointing for parliamentarians to deny Zambians a people driven constitution.
Dr. Ngoma says Parliamentarians must understand that the constitution is a matter of urgency for the people of Zambia.
He says Members of Parliament must attend to the issues Zambians want to see in the new constitution without further delay.
Dr Ngoma adds that Parliamentarians should give the present stage of the constitution making process the attention it deserves.
