PF lacks shame -OYV

Operation Young Vote (OYV) says it has now come to a conclusion that the PF Government has refused to deliver a new constitution through a referendum because it lacks shame.

OYV Executive Director Guess Nyirenda says there is no other reason other than the lack of this moral quality that could make the PF government remain adamant about not respecting the people’s aspirations.

He says his organization however, thinks this adamancy by the PF only shows how greedy leaders in the PF government are.

Mr. Nyirenda tells QFM that this greediness is to the extent that the PF does not want Zambians to be empowered.

He says the PF government is aware that once Zambians are empowered they will realize that it is actually their money that is being used to construct roads and not money coming from the pockets of the leaders.

Mr. Nyirenda states that the PF government should be reminded that its own manifesto on page 42 promises to deliver new constitution through a referendum.
