DJ LBC to be put to rest on Thursday

Late renowned radio presenter Nawa Kabika popularly known as DJ LBC who died on Monday of cardiac arrest will be put to rest tomorrow, Thursday 3rd December, at Leopards Hill Memorial Park.

According to the programme, the funeral procession will commence at 09:00 hours at the Anglican Cathedral before proceeding to Memorial Park for burial.

Kabika, 34, was the pioneer of the breakfast radio show in Zambia during his time with QFM, drawing a large following of listeners.

He went on to win the QFM best radio show competition dubbed “London Bound DJ ”which enabled to travel to London for a fully sponsored holiday.

Kabika was the last born child in a family of four hence his adoption of the initial LBC.
He is survived by a wife,son and three sisters.
