As her baby bump gets bigger, Kim Kardashian is hitting another bump in the road with regard to her second pregnancy.

The 35-year-old reality star posted an Instagram photo with a caption that revealed she’s been under the weather lately.

Her current illness is just the latest setback in her pregnancy.

Earlier this month, Kardashian shared on her website that complications from her previous pregnancy with daughter North put her at a higher risk factor for experiencing them again when she gives birth to her second child with husband Kanye West.

Then last week, Kardashian took to her website again to reveal that her baby is breech — meaning he’s in the wrong position for childbirth. She went on to list all the things she’s doing to get him in the right position for a vaginal birth so that she can avoid a C-section.

But perhaps the scariest hurdle was seen during Sunday’s all-new Keeping Up With the Kardashians, when a doctor told Kardashian she was at risk for gestational diabetes. When the tests came back negative, showing that she did not have diabetes after all, Kardashian was still left second-guessing her recent eating habits, which involved plenty of sweets.

“I’m convinced pregnancy just isn’t my thing lol,” Kardashian tweeted yesterday while the episode aired.
