Siamunene encourages political players to help eliminate tribalism

Defense Minister Richwell Siamunene has encouraged political players in the country to help eliminate negative vices such as tribalism and violence.

Mr. Siamunene says President Lungu has shown his commitment to eliminate all negative vices that hinders the development of the country’s democracy.

Mr. Siamunene says President Lungu has kept his doors open to all political players and other stakeholders who wish to work with him in eliminating all negative vices.

He says it is clear that President Lungu wants to see politicians speak with one voice in promoting peace and unity in the country.

The Defense Minister has urged politicians in the country to ensure that they desist from engaging in negative vices with the potential to divide the nation.

Mr. Siamunene says the country needs the opposition that is readily available to work with the government in taking development forward.
