Opposition People’s Party President Mike Mulongoti has called for politics of unity and development in the country.
Mr. Mulongoti says there is need for politicians in the country to reconcile and unity in order for the nation to be able to achieve sustainable development.
He says reconciliation and forgiveness are the cornerstones of unity and development in the nation.
He notes that development will be easy to attain if all politicians more especially those in the ruling party put their differences aside and work towards national unity.
Mr Mulongoti states that the Opposition political parties are ready to work with the ruling party.
And Mr. Mulongoti has advised the ruling party to change the way of doing things if they want the Zambian people to believe in them.
