The Zambia Medical Association (ZMA) has formally written to the Ministry of Justice over issues it feels the country’s new constitution should address.

ZMA president Aaron Mujajati has disclosed that among the proposals his Association has made to the Ministry of Justice include the issue of Life beginning at conception and how it affects service delivery.

Dr. Mujajati has told Qfm News that the Ministry of Justice has to this effect given feedback by stating that it is actively looking at the proposals the Association has made.

He says not until the Ministry gives concrete feedback on what it will do about the proposals his association has made, the Zambia Medical Association will not say more on its proposals.

Dr. Mujajati however states that his association still remains consistent with regards the issues it would like addressed in new constitution.
