Zimba asks Zambians to work together

The Islamic supreme council of Zambia says the situation the country is going through is a normal phase.

Supreme Council President Suzyo Zimba says in due course, the country will pick up and move forward if the situation is carefully handled.

Mr. Zimba notes that the most important thing is for the people of Zambia to work together and find solutions to the challenges the country is facing.

He says people should do away with pride and work together citing that government, opposition political parties and the relevant stakeholders should sit and look at how best the challenges the country is facing can be dealt with.

Mr. Zimba adds that the people of Zambia should be patient and not go out of the way in trying to deal with the problems affect them but accept the situation while trying to find solutions to addressing the problems.

He has further urged government not to relax but work extra hard in addressing issues affecting the people before people lose hope in them.
