Health Deputy Minister Dr. Chitalu Chilufya
Government has refuted claims that there are challenges of paying contractors who are constructing the 650 health posts.
And government has assured that it has put mechanisms in place to recruit health personnel as soon as the construction of 650 health posts is completed.
Health Deputy Minister Dr. Chitalu Chilufya says government does not want to have a situation where health posts will not have qualified health staff.
Dr. Chilufya has also disclosed that 441 health posts out of the 650 health posts are being constructed in different parts of the country.
He says out of the 441 health posts, 171 slabs have been completed and is pleased with the progress made so far.
The Health Deputy Minister has explained to QFM News in an interview that 32 sites already have super structures erected and nearly complete.
