Munali Constituency Member of Parliament Professor Nkandu Luo has been advised to revamp the recreation facilities in her constituency so that youths can have something to do.
Patrick Mungo, who is Munali Constituency aspiring Member of Parliament, says the youth in the area deserve the best recreation facilities.
He notes that if youths have nothing to do due to lack of jobs, they will resort to indulging in negative vices such as beer drinking, prostitution among other things.
He adds that it is for this reason that the area Member of Parliament must consider revamping existing recreation facilities or better still establish new ones.
Mr. Mungo says it is for this reason that he is promoting youth soccer in the constituency so that youths have something to do instead of spending most of their time beer drinking.
