Green party President Peter Sinkamba says Health Deputy Minister Chitalu Chilufya should stop disputing reports that there is a shortage of drugs in hospitals.
Mr. Sinkamba has since challenged Dr. Chilufya to visit Kitwe Central Hospital which he says is one of those health facilities facing a drugs shortage.
He says people are being given prescriptions to buy drugs from drugs stores because of the shortage at the hospital.
Mr. Sinkamba says Dr. Chilufya should stop disputing fact because it is the Zambian people are feeling the pain of buying drugs.
Mr. Sinkamba has since advised the Health Deputy Minister to help find a lasting solution to the shortage of drugs in hospitals.
