Napsa Stars hope some vital inside information they have at hand will be the key to ended their winless run against Zanaco on Saturday when the two sides’ meet in a Lusaka derby at Woodlands Stadium.

Third from bottom Napsa are coached by Wilson Mwale who left Zanaco where he was assistant trainer in the July mid-season break to take over from the fired Alfred Mulao.

His insights into Zanaco who are currently number three on the table should be very valuable considering that Napsa have failed to beat The Bankers in seven meetings since promotion in 2012.

Furthermore, the first leg meeting saw Zanaco deliver a stinging 4-0 bashing, the worst loss Napsa has suffered against the Bankers in the last four years.

With that, the onus will be on Mwale to mitigate the damage he helped cause on April 25 at Sunset Stadium in Lusaka.

A win could see Napsa Stars leave the bottom four relegation zone should Nchanga Rangers and Konkola Blades lose their respective home matches against Nkwazi and bottom of the table National Assembly on the same date.

Napsa (14th), Blades (13th) and Nchanga (12th) are all tied on 19 points.

Elsewhere in Saturday’s Faz Super League Week 21 games, second from bottom Nakambala Leopards are battling to end a two-match losing run when they host Forest Rangers while 5th placed Green Buffaloes host number 9 team Lusaka Dynamos in a Lusaka derby at Independence Stadium.
