Hamalyangombe bemoans high child marriages in Moomba

Moomba Constituency aspiring Member of Parliament Roy Hamalyangombe has bemoaned the high cases of child marriages in the constituency.

Mr. Hamalyangombe tells QFM News via telephone that there is need for the traditional leadership, church leaders and other relevant stakeholders to join hands and save children from being married off at a tender age.

Mr. Hamalyangombe states that the issue of child marriages and teen pregnancies is on top of his agenda if voted into office.

He says a lot has been said about the vice and it is high time action was taken.
