Former Commerce Minister Robert Sichinga says there is need to maximize the contribution of industrial production to the economy of the country.
Mr. Sichinga notes that the contribution of industrial production to the economic sector is not sufficient hence the urgent need to increase its contribution.
He notes that industries are scattered, advising government to concentrate on clustering so as to increase on productivity.
Speaking in a telephone interview with QFM News, Mr. Sichinga says industrial clustering is the only way to go if industrialization is to be realized.
