It is in fact PF that needs Alangizi- Nawakwi counters

Forum for Democracy and Development (FDD) President Edith Nawakwi says it is the PF Government which needs Alangizi and not her.

Ms. Nawakwi says she expects women in the PF government to voice out against the misplaced pardoning of convicted child defiler Clifford Dimba alias General Kanene instead of them concentrating on attacking her.

She says the women in government should be in the lead in providing guidance and proposing amendments to laws on Gender Based Violence (GBV).

Ms Nawakwi says it is the PF government which needs Alangizi to teach them that they cannot abuse the prerogative of mercy on characters that are undesirable in society like General Kanene.

She has vowed to continue to providing unhindered checks and balances, stating that the issues she is raising are not insults but fundamental issues such the inability of government to plan, the continued lack of concentration by the head of state on important issues among others.

Ms Nawakwi further states that she is aware that the women in who are attacking her in the PF are doing it because of their current occupation and would not say what they are saying about her ordinarily.
