Ndola Kitwe Dual Carriage
Munali Constituency 2016 Member of Parliament aspiring candidate Patrick Mungo has expressed sadness by the current state of the Ndola Kitwe Dual Carriage way saying it has started having deformations.
Mr. Mungo argues that the road was just recently completed and used in less than a year and wonders why it has started having deformations.
He says Zambians expected this road to be used for 10~15yrs before maintenance but now the country will soon need money to spend on the same project.
He wonders on whether to blame the Road Development Agency (RDA) or the Chinese Contractor.
Mr. Mungo further states that Zambians deserve to be given the best stressing that it is their money at work.
Mr. Mungo has since advised to work as a team to advocate for better accountability of how the little resources are used.
