Trustee of the Barotse National Freedom Alliance (BNFA) William Harrington has called on government to differentiate the Barotseland agreement of 1964 from the talks relating to secession of Southern Province.
Mr. Harrington says the Barotseland issue is about abrogation of contract.
He says the contract being the Barotseland agreement of 1964 and government’s alleged refuse to restore the marriage between Barotse and rest of Zambia since 1969.
