Late Urologist Dr. Francis Manda
The opposition United Party for National Development (UPND) has described late prominent medical practitioner Dr. Francis Manda as a passionate person who spoke on issues affecting people especially the vulnerable populace.
UPND Spokesperson Charles Kakoma tells QFM News in a statement that the UPND has joined the rest of the country to celebrate an amazing life of a giant speaker, very intelligent, and a Doctor to all.
Mr. Kakoma says Dr. Manda was always willing and passionate to speak on any given issue affecting people especially the vulnerable populace.
He says whatever subject he was given and whether you agreed with him or not he was always compelling, entertaining and interesting with unshakeable beliefs and a clear sense of right and wrong to say it as it is.
Mr. Kakoma says Dr Manda was relevant and influential with his wit and wisdom on a range of issues from health, marital to social issues.
And the opposition UPND regrets the untimely death of MMD Solwezi West Member of Parliament Humphrey Mwanza with great sorrow.
Mr. Kakoma says Mr. Mwanza was a known outstanding parliamentarian and public figure who served from 2006 to date because of his re-election in 2011.
He says the UPND shares the loss with his family, the MMD and the nation as a whole.
