Aspiring Moomba East Member of Parliament Roy Hamalyangombe says the people of Zambia should desist voting for their Members of Parliament based on tribe or where they come from.
Mr. Hamalyangombe says people should look beyond tribes and vote for people that they know they can deliver when given the responsibility to represent them in parliament.
Mr. Hamalyangombe notes that the people of Zambia should learn from the mistakes they have made in the past in voting and change the way of doing things in the 2016 general elections citing that this will help move the country forward.
He adds that the country has been lagging behind in development because of the wrong choices that the people have made and thus if the country has to move forward, people should vote based on one’s capabilities and leadership qualities.
Mr. Hamalyangombe further states that he is ready to work for the people of Moomba and take the much needed development there.
