ZYAFAC receives clearance of RB with mixed feeling

The Zambia Youths Association in the Fight Against Corruption (ZYAFAC) has received with mixed feelings the clearance of former President Rupiah Banda of the charge of Abuse of Authority of Office.

ZYFAC Executive Director Rickson Kanema says this is because there are so many issues his organisation has taken note of with regards how the court case was handled.

Mr. Kanema has told Qfm News in an interview his organization therefore intends to study the court ruling before it could make a comprehensive statement over.

Mr Kanema has however indicated that ZYAFAC still maintains its confidence in the country’s judicial system.
