Home Affairs Minister Davies Mwila has warned political cadres against taking the law into their own hands.
Mr. Mwila says there is need for all political cadres regardless of their political affiliation to have self discipline and respect for the law.
He says he is aware of incidences where some political party cadres are trying to provoke situations with the view of causing confusion.
Mr Mwila explains that time and again government has been calling and preaching peace and unity among all citizens so that peace can continue to reign in the country.
The Home Affairs Minister says Police will not spare any cadre regardless of their political affiliation if found guilty of breaching peace or causing violence.
