Zambia has potential to become Africa’s powerhouse – Sinkamba

Green Party president Peter Sinkamba says his party still believes Zambia has the potential to become one of the best economies in Africa.

Mr. Sinkamba says with the abundant natural resources which Zambia is blessed with much more can be done to fully utilize it.

He says this however calls for clear policy direction in improving upon key sectors of the country’s economy.

Mr. Sinkamba thinks that Zambia can also earn more revenue from sectors such as Tourism and Agriculture other than depending on Mining alone.

He states that the Zambian government therefore has the responsibility to ensure it taps into ideas of how other countries are earning income from different sectors.
