PF Bwana Mkubwa Member of Parliament Emmanuel Chenda says road construction is now taking center stage among trendy developments in his constituency.
Mr. Chenda says the township with the largest concentration of his constituency’s population, Mushili, for instance, which has had no tar road since Zambia’s independence, now has its major roads tarred.
He has told Qfm News by telephone that people now can cruise into Mushili and that public transport now common in the area.
Mr. Chenda who is also former Local Government and Housing Minister has disclosed that other developments in road construction worthy noting in Bwana Mkubwa constituency is the road leading to Tagagan area which he says is also being worked on.
He says he had been to his constituency recently and was informed by the contractor that works the road will be completed by the end of this month.
