EYAI hails Church for speaking on behalf of Zambians

Evangelical Youth alliance International (EYAI) has commended the church for speaking out strongly on issues affecting the country.

EYAI Executive Director Moses Lungu says the church had continued to stand firm and give direction to government on how best to handle certain issues.

Reverend Lungu notes that many are the times when they country has found itself in controversial debates that could have created enmity among certain groups but the church has seriously intervened in such matters.

Reverend Lungu notes that church has in this regard continued to preach peace, unity and love to all Zambians.

He has since appealed to all church mother bodies to keep up with the good spirit in bringing all Zambians together regardless of their political or religious affiliation.
