BRITNEY Spears and her abs are famous worldwide.

And thanks to her latest Instagram post of her in skimpy polka dot shorts and a white crop top, she’s now our number one celeb for abspiration.

After a sunny walk, Britney, who was obviously full of smiles, wrote on the picture-sharing site: “You never know what caution you’re gonna get in the wild.”

And now, full of flat and toned tummy dreams, we’ve enlisted Clean Eating Alice form LDN Muscle, to help us achieve those summer body dreams.

Here’s her five simple lifestyle changes to get you looking ab-tastic!

1. Diet 
“Training abs but eating badly will never work. Abs only become visible when your body fat is low enough, so make sure your diet is in check!”

2. Cardio and resistance training 
“Dropping body fat requires, alongside your diet, adding both cardio and resistance training in.”

3. Train your abs
“As with any muscle group, use a wide variety of exercises and ensure good form throughout to ensure you effectively and accurately target the muscle.”

4. Don’t over-train
“Two to three ab specific workouts a week should be sufficient. No need to do them every single day!”

5. Always think abs! 
“When performing any exercises, always consciously tense your core and engage your abs – this helps stability too.”

Sounds simple enough, right? Summer body here we come!
