MMD youths to engage other youths in ending violence

MMD Youths say they will engage youths from other political parties to strategize on how they will avoid violence during next year’s general election.

MMD National Youth Secretary Bowman Lusambo says time to engage in constructive politics is now and that politicians should not live in the old days.

Mr. Lusambo states that in the 20 years of the MMD rule, cases violence were rare as compared to what is obtaining now.

And Mr Lusambo has advised fellow youths in other political parties to reject leaders promoting negative vices such as violence as campaigns intensify in Mulobezi, Malambo and Petauke Central constituencies.
