Zambia’s economic growth statically stable – Dodia

Lusaka based economic analyst Yusuf Dodia says Zambia’s economic growth is still statically stable.

Mr. Dodia has observed that by being stable the country’s economy is neither growing nor contracting.

He has told Qfm News that the impression he is getting is that this stability is due to the fact that the country is nearing the 2016 general elections.

Mr. Dodia has explained that what this means is that most businesses in Zambia waiting to see how the political climate in the country will change after the general elections.

He says implies that the country is not likely to see any aggressive investments other than what has been planned for already.
