People in the country have been advised to seize with haste the opportunity that government has provided to have the Public Order ACT reviewed.
Civil rights activist Brebner Changala is encouraging people to put their heads together and submit their recommendations towards the review of the ACT.
Mr. Changala thinks the opportunity that government has provided by calling for submission of recommendations is timely and a welcome gesture that must not be lost.
He is of the view that time is now right for the people of Zambia to strategize on how they can govern themselves with minimal interference from the State.
