Political scientist Alex Ng’oma says it is morally and ethically right for any government in the world to always tell its people the truth.
Dr. Ng’oma says this means that if government makes a mistake, it is important that it tells the truth and admit to its citizens that it has erred.
He has told Qfm News in an interview that in the same vein, if government has done something right, it also always important that the truth comes out.
Dr. Ng’oma says anything else other this would lead to total chaos.
He has noted that the PF government has tried to tell the nation issues of public concern despite communication having been one way.
