Lands Minister Christabel Ngimbu says government is determined to curb illegal land allocation in the country.

Ms Ngimbu says her ministry has engaged the relevant law enforcement agencies such the Zambia Police to curb illegal allocation of land.

She has told Journalists in Lusaka today that Police have been directed not to protect anyone found allocating land illegally.

Ms Ngimbu notes that the Zambia Police Service is making progress in ensuring that all culprits of illegal land allocations face the wrath of the law.

She states that no one should grab another person’s land because it is illegal.
