Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa says road rehabilitation works in his constituency under the L-400 road project are set to commence on 1st June,2015.
Mr. Sampa says the Road Development Agency and L-400 contractor AVIC International have confirmed that Vubu and Impala roads will be prioritized despite all other roads being equally vital.
He has expressed confidence that all the crucial access roads in need of serious attention will be worked on before the end of the year.
Mr Sampa has since appealed to Matero residents to cooperate with the contractors during the period of the road works in order for them to efficiently complete their task.
Mr. Sampa further states that the Patriotic Front government is in a hurry to ensure that development is taken to all parts of the country to enable the people of Zambia contribute meaningful to development.
