Mambo wants stage of constitution making to be explained

Former Church of God overseer John Mambo has observed that the position at which Zambia’s constitution making process has reached is too hard for an ordinary citizen to understand.

Bishop Mambo says the process has now become a language of lawyers.

He notes that there is therefore need to ensure that the process is explained in black and white for any ordinary citizen to understand.

Bishop Mambo states that the people in the country have not forgotten that the 90 days promise of enacting their new supreme law has not been fulfilled.
