The Zambia Council for Social Development (ZCSD) has challenged Justice Minister Ngosa Simbyakula to tell the nation the none contentious clauses he will take to parliament for inclusion in the current the constitution.

ZCSD Executive Secretary Lewis Mwape says it is important that Dr. Simbyakula tells the nation before Parliament reconvenes which clauses he is taking to House for amendment so that the people can have a say in the matter.

Mr. Mwape tells QFM News in an interview that the fact that government is not saying anything about the non contentious issues they intend to taking to parliament for amendment makes people become suspicious about the whole process.

He says it is disappointing that the PF government has gone ahead to take some clauses to Parliament against the wishes of the majority Zambians.

Mr. Mwape adds that President Lungu should act above bold by ensuring that he does that which will please the majority of the people instead of serving the interests of the PF.
