Mungo backs Lusambo on politicians

Aspiring Munali Member of Parliament Patrick Mungo has backed the call by MMD National youth Secretary Bowman Lusambo on the need for Zambian political leaders to emulate their British counterparts who resign whenever they lose an election.

Mr. Mungo has echoed that views of Mr Lusambo that Zambia is not short of leaders for the old generation of leaders to continue holding on to leadership positions.

He says if the young people continue to be denied opportunities to take up leadership positions, their potential and capabilities will not be realized.

Mr. Mungo believes that young people can be better groomed into good leaders if Zambia adopts the kind of politics Britain has sustained.
