Mwila commends Police

Home Affairs Minister Davies Mwila has commended the Police command for heeding to his directive to clear Police stations of vehicles that have been parked for years.

He says adverts have already started running in the papers to remind the owners of the vehicles to ensure that they have their vehicles removed within the stipulated period of time.

Mr. Mwila says those who will not remove the vehicles from Police stations by the given deadline will have their motor vehicles forfeited to State.

Mr. Mwila has since appealed to the Police command to ensure that all Police stations in the country are cleared of immobile vehicles that have parked for years.
