Govt urged to terminate contracts of non performing contractors

Civil Society for Poverty Reduction (CSPR) has urged government to terminate contracts with contractors failing to perform in the construction of 650 Health Posts across the country.

CSPR Executive Director Patrick Nshindano has told Qfm News in an interview that such contracts should be given to contractors who are capable of doing a good work.

Mr. Nshindano says it is unfortunate that it has taken President Edgar Lungu to summon the contractors who are working on the 650 health posts.

Mr. Nshindano says a lot of people in rural areas are in dire need of quality service delivery.
