Former Federation of Free Trade unions (FFTUZ) president Joyce Nonde has urged government to change its style of appreciating public service workers.
Ms .Nonde says there is need for government to begin recognizing workers to a much more descent way to motivate them.
Ms. Nonde notes that there are so many motivating ways which government should consider having in place to ensure that workers are given back the best for their tireless efforts in serving the country.
She has also appealed to the workers to remain dedicated and committed to work for the good of the nation.
