The European Union (EU) has reaffirmed its commitment to continue supporting Zambia in areas of development.
EU head of delegation Gilles Hervio says the EU is aware of the challenges that country is still facing in the sectors of Agriculture and energy besides dealing with the issue if poverty.
Mr. Hervio says the EU will this year particularly focus its attention on helping the country improve on its agriculture.
He says this because his union thinks that it is the Agriculture sector that can help more in reducing poverty levels in the country.
