Sikota urges consistency in demand for new constitution

Opposition United Liberal Party (ULP) President Sakwiba Sikota has called for persistence in the demand for the enactment of Zambia’s new constitution.

Mr. Sikota is encouraging all stakeholders in the constitution making process not to relent in their push for a new constitution despite the delay by government to deliver the national document.

He has also stressed the need for government through the Ministry of Justice to be consistent in guiding and updating the nation on the progress being made towards enacting the new constitution.
