Kufuna highlights development in his constituency

Mufulira Central PF Member of Parliament John Kufuna says people in his constituency are appreciating the developmental projects being undertaken by government.

Mr. Kufuna has cited the construction of a district hospital whose works have already begun as one such developmental project that has cheered the people of Mufulira.

Mr. Kufuna has also told QFM News that a modern market is being constructed at a total cost of K14 million.

He adds that Kamuchanga Civic Center is being rehabilitated and works will be completed by next month.

Mr Kufuna further states that Kamuchanga Hospital is also undergoing rehabilitation and a new generator has been bought as a backup measure in times of ZESCO blackouts.

The Mufulira Central parliamentarian has also disclosed that in the rural part of his constituency, 20 bore holes have been drilled to provide safer water to the people.

Mr. Kufuna adds that women have not been left out from these developmental projects as women clubs have been provided with harmer mills.
