Community Development, Mother and Child Health Minister Emerine Kabanshi says people with disabilities have the potential to equally contribute to national development.
Ms Kabanshi says here ministry has since embarked on the revamping of sixteen farms for people with disabilities as one way of empowering them.
She says government is doing its best to create an enabling environment for people with disabilities to take part in national activities.
Ms. Kabanshi says government is committed to improving the livelihoods of the disabled in the country by bringing them on board in all activities because of the potential they possess to contribute to national development.
