Boxer Chris Eubank marries manager Claire Geary in quickie ceremony

CHRIS Eubank has  married for the second time in a rather last-minute ceremony.

The boxing legend made his manager Claire Geary his wife while on holiday in Las Vegas a whole six months ago, he confirmed in an interview on Wednesday afternoon.

Chris and Claire chose to defy tradition by having their honeymoon before they were announced man and wife, he revealed on The Claire Balding Show.

He told the host: “I thought we should do it in Vegas, I had been travelling back and forth to Dubai.

“I thought, well, it can be done here in Vegas. So I went downstairs pretending to be going to Starbucks.

“I actually found out we got could get a licence. So we literally had the honeymoon the first eight days.”

The 48 year old’s son – Chris Eubank Junior – played best man at the modest ceremony.

Speaking from the audience, Claire beamed: “Life with Chris is inspiring, motivating, he keeps me in check. He wears the jodphurs. It is amazing.”
