ZED sees need to empower Zambians actualize themselves

The opposition Zambians for Empowerment and Development (ZED) says there is need to empower Zambians so that they can take full charge of their destiny.

ZED president Frederick Mutesa says his party would like to see people take control of their lives politically, socially, economically and culturally.

Dr. Mutesa has told Qfm News by telephone that government should facilitate this process by putting in place policies and measures that bring about self actualization.

He says it is for this reason that the Zambians for Empowerment and Development desires stable governance, unity and prosperity in Zambia now that President Edgar Lungu has declared himself ready deliver on his promises.
