Moomba UPND Member of Parliament Vitalis Mooya
Moomba UPND Member of Parliament Vitalis Mooya is elated that his Constituency will for the first time have a secondary school.
Mr. Mooya says the school which will be a boarding school is being constructed at a total cost of K41, 000,000 and is near completion.
He says the construction of the school will enable many children in his constituency have access to secondary school education.
Mr Mooya says those who have gone up to secondary school have are made to travel long distances to other parts of Southern province to complete their secondary school.
He has also expressed happiness that half of his constituency has been electrified by the Rural Electrification Authority (REA) at a cost of K18 million.
Mr Mooya has promised the people of Moomba that he will continue to work hard to development to the constituency.
