Road projects in Lusaka have resumed – Lusaka DC

Lusaka District Commissioner Davison Mulenga is hopeful that road projects within the district will be completed right on time.

Captain Mulenga says most of the road projects were stalled during the rain season for fear of loosing materials by contractors.

Captain Mulenga says he had a meeting with a representative from AVIC Contractors, the contractor working on the L400 Road Project assuring him that works have began and progressing well.

He says he is negotiating with the Zambia Police Service traffic department to ensure that they help the contractors working on roads control traffic during their works.
