My intentions have been misrepresented – Simuusa

Nchanga Member of Parliament Wilbur Simuusa says his intentions to contest for the presidency in 2016 have been misrepresented by some sections of the media.

Mr. Simuusa has told Qfm News by telephone that though his intentions seek the highest office have not changed, there is need for people to understand that there is no barrier for one to express an ambition in life.

Mr. Simuusa says his position is clear, but that in the time being he will continue to work hard and quietly to deliver the best to the electorate of Nchanga constituency.

The Agriculture Minister says he has a huge responsibility to deliver the much needed development in his constituency.

He says the people of Nchanga need good roads and street lighting among other things.
